Vincent is based in Rehability Australia’s Toowoomba office and has been with us for 3 years. He provides Clinical leadership and organisational management support in the Toowoomba, Warwick and Ipswich regional locations.
Since qualifying as a social worker in 2007 and specialising in disability services, Vincent has served his local community in many areas of social support through his substantive professional roles. Vincent’s social work practice is founded on a person-centred approach. This identifies with the strengths and goals of the individual and enables people from all walks of life overcome systemic and personal barriers, which improves their health, wellbeing, and overall quality of life outcomes.
Vincent is passionate about providing people with dignity, respect, and space to share their story. He assists people to reconstruct a valued social role by acknowledging who they are, their past, their present and by planning with them for the future. He uses a clinical framework and practical skills that have been developed and refined throughout his career.
Vincent is an Accredited Member of the AASW, DVA registered provider and Certified Practitioner with the Case Management Society of Australia & New Zealand.
