Qualifications: Diploma in Counselling

Steph has five years of experience in the industry, with a strong understanding of NDIA processes and support systems. She has worked in both psychosocial recovery coaching and support coordination, applying that knowledge in her daily practice. In addition, Steph lectures at Swinburne University, where she teaches psychosocial recovery coaching, further enhancing her expertise in the field. She specializes in supporting individuals affected by domestic violence and psychosocial disabilities, while also working with clients with a range of other disabilities to help them achieve their best quality of life.

Steph is committed to celebrating even the smallest victories and takes pride in her ability to use a person-centered, nonjudgmental approach. With a focus on positivity and empathy, she skillfully navigates her clients’ unique circumstances and challenges, drawing from her experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and situations.

Passionate about her work, Steph strives to empower clients to build their capacity and achieve the outcomes they desire from their supports.
