Administration Manager
Simone manages the administrative operations of the business, joining Rehability in 2005 and oversees the collective regions including – Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Wide Bay.
She holds a Diploma of Business Programming, Certificate IV in Business Administration and has worked in the disability sector for the last 15 years with Rehability.
Simone oversees and supports the administration team, who work directly with debtor accounts, creditors and payroll, data entry and reporting.
She is an integral member of the Rehability team and has helped develop systems and procedures from the ground up as the business has evolved.
She has extensive experience working with the financial department of a broad range of funding bodies and her knowledge of the rehabilitation and disability sectors has evolved in line with industry change. She is the interface between the clinical team and the funding bodies and supports our clinical team assisting them to navigate financial matters relating to quotes, approvals, invoicing.
She has input into developing and maintaining the client database and records, staff on-boarding and orientation and is a member of the Rehability Australia Management Team.
