Sherry-Lee worked as a Nurse within the health Sector in specialties including Neurology, Medical / Surgical, Geriatric Rehabilitation Acute Stroke and Dementia. Further to this, Sherry-Lee was employed with QLD Health as an Allied Health Assistant working within the Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Departments. This extended her knowledge and experience and allowed her to work with patients in Rehabilitation, Surgical and Hydrotherapy areas.
Sherry-Lee has experience working with NDIS clients as a Support Worker and most recently has joined the Rehability Australia team as a Support Coordinator.
Sherry-Lee enjoys working with people and their families to creatively achieve their goals and pursue their aspirations, hopes and dreams. Her focus is on a person-centred-approach, taking into account a person’s chosen needs and preferences by listening, learning and through action. Sherry is most passionate about empowering others, building confidence and self-esteem and supporting clients to live an enriched life.
