Social Worker/ Support Coordinator/ Case Manager
Erin is currently in a first-year graduate position after undertaking her final placement with Rehability Australia. Erin graduated from the Queensland University of Technology in 2019 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. She is a member of the Australian Association of Social Work and is registered as a Social Work provider for Department of Veterans Affairs. Throughout her degree, Erin worked in the disability sector as a support worker and ensures that each of her clients have their needs identified, met and advocated for. Erin values client autonomy and aims to empower each of her clients to reach their goals whilst working in a culturally respectful way. Erin has a strong desire to maintain her work within the disability sector and strives to be able to make a difference to the lives of others, through a client-centred approach. Erin is particularly passionate about work within the veteran community as she recognises that this is a growing area of need for social work. Outside of work Erin enjoys mindfulness practices, staying physically active and seeing her friends and family.
