Qualifications:

Brooke brings extensive experience in complex case management and risk assessment through her previous role as a Senior Case Manager with Queensland Corrective Services. Her clinical practice has focused on supporting individuals with complex needs, developing risk mitigation strategies, building strong therapeutic rapport, and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.

Brooke has experience working with high-risk and vulnerable clients, including domestic violence victim-survivors and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, with a strong focus on person-centred practice, communication, and rehabilitation outcomes. Her background aligns strongly with the expectations of Support Coordination at Supportability, particularly in relation to advocacy, risk identification, stakeholder engagement, participant empowerment, and supporting participants to navigate complex systems and services.

Brooke is currently completing her Practical Legal Training following the completion of her Bachelor of Law, Criminology and Criminal Justice, bringing an additional strength in compliance, critical thinking, and professional practice to the team.
