Lisa believes achieving this is obtained by conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to identify the client’s goals and intervention strategies such as provide counselling, education and resources to empower the client that will assist them through the process of coping with change that comes about to achieve their goal. Lisa’s Business and Management expertise assists her with managing her time effectively and facilitating outcomes for her clients through the case management phases.
Lisa is currently working towards her Mental Health Accreditation with the Australian Association of Social Workers and believes clients can reach their fullest potential when clients and families are well informed, well supported and which will assist in the decision making process, to develop strategies so the client overcome their barriers and apply new skills to empower them to facilitate change.
