Joslyn Minchinton

Joslyn’s formal tertiary qualifications include a Bachelor of Science (Psych), Grad Cert Bus (HRM) and Masters of Social Work (MSW). She is a qualified Social Worker, registered with the AASW and a registered DVA Social Work provider. With over 20 years of knowledge and skill developed across disability sector, corporate professional services, education and banking sectors, Joslyn’s expertise include specialist project management, vocational transition coaching, leadership and capability development and assessment and workshop facilitation skills.

Joslyn is experienced working with individuals with disability, complex mental health presentations, complex and competing needs and psychosocial dysfunction and is trained and accredited in suicide alert practices. Joslyn provides case management, adopting a whole of person case management model to autonomously assess, manage, record and evaluate client needs and interventions, development of goal oriented treatment plan, with a focus on the recovery model and quality of life outcomes.  Joslyn works with clients to support and assist with the development of NDIS, government and private insurance-based rehabilitation plan implementation and vocational transition planning, conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, allocating support resources within assigned program boundaries and client expectations. Utilising her extensive client service, stakeholder engagement, assessment, planning, coaching, case management and counselling skills, Joslyn supports people living with disabilities and those acquiring catastrophic injuries to make informed choices and live life to their fullest potential.
